- A track record of delivering significant restructuring or major change projects on time and to budget
- A period with one or more of the well recognised consultancy / project management firms
- Ability to analyse situations quickly, distil the priorities and make an immediate and positive impact
- Cross functional experience and a proven ability to anticipate the cross dependencies and risks
- Practical solution finders / problem solvers who overcome obstacles and can sell their solutions to others
- Experience working with clients at all levels, from the Board room to the shop floor
- Good leadership qualities, able to influence others and win confidence & cooperation across the business
- Those who can inspire and help others to achieve more than they thought they were capable of
- Capable of bringing structure, methodology and clarity to everything they do with our clients’ teams
- People who get genuine pleasure from sharing their knowledge/experience and helping others succeed
There can be considerable travel involved within the UK and abroad. People are allocated to projects
based on fit, not geographic location.
